Aret has emerged as a truly classic singer/songwriter capturing the influences of artist’s such as Ella Fitzgerald, Dusty Springfield and Billie Holiday. With her Nigerian and Hungarian roots, her striking performance and stage presence captures her musicality and artistry.

Having performed twice at the Royal Albert Hall, the London Jazz Festival, Chelsea Flower Show, opened for the Sugababes and appeared with Bryan Ferry and Peter Gabriel, Aret has worked with a selection of songwriter/producers including Eg White (Adele), Andy Smith (Portishead) and Jamie Hartman (Ben’s Brother).

As well as a successful recording career, Aret has had several of her songs covered by other artists including Will Young, Eg White and Peter Grant.
